Description

This role ensures business intent, user experience goals, and delivery execution align across streams in an enterprise digital transformation program.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end business analysis across the entire program.
• Define and maintain a unified view of business goals, scope, and priorities.
• Elicit, analyze, and document complex business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Translate requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead current-state and future-state user journey mapping across channels.

Required Skills

• Po/ba expertise.
• Experience with Mobile Application Development & Enhancements.
• Experience with Cloud Migration (Azure to Google Cloud Platform - GCP).
• Ability to serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and Architects.
• Skill in owning and managing integrated program backlogs.
• Capability to ensure consistency of user journeys and business rules.
• Experience participating in sprint planning, reviews, and demos.
• Ability to create and maintain documentation including business cases and process models.
