This role ensures business intent, user experience goals, and delivery execution align across streams in an enterprise digital transformation program.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end business analysis, defining unified business goals, scope, and priorities.
• Elicit and document complex business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Translate requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead current-state and future-state user journey mapping across channels.
• Manage integrated program backlogs and ensure consistency of user journeys and business rules.

Required Skills

• 3 years of Product Owner or Business Analyst expertise.
• Experience with Mobile Application Development and Enhancements.
• Experience with Cloud Migration, specifically Azure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Ability to serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and Architects.
• Participation in sprint planning, reviews, and demos.
• Creation and maintenance of documentation, including business cases and process models.
