Description

Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive supply chain system implementations and optimizations.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and clarify user stories with technical teams using Agile techniques.
• Build relationships with corporate stakeholders to understand business processes, non-functional requirements, and system capabilities.
• Coordinate with implementation partners to deploy workflows, data imports/exports, and automation opportunities.
• Function as a subject-matter expert for application design, scalability, user experience, and data integrity.
• Follow IT standards including QA, PMLC, and SDLC methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working on projects or product teams.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and writing user stories.
• Experience with Blue Yonder tools.
• Ability to perform both Business Analysis and Data Analysis.
• Experience researching platforms, navigating systems, and querying relational and NoSQL databases.
• Capability to produce Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and SOP documentation.
• Experience working with QA resources to develop test cases.
• Ability to navigate both Mainframe and Distributed systems.
• Knowledge of Software and Systems development life cycles (SDLC).
