Description

You will act as the Product Owner for Microsoft 365 tools, specifically driving the roadmap, configuration, and adoption of Sensei PPM.

Responsibilities

• Drive the product roadmap, configuration, and user adoption for Sensei PPM and other Microsoft 365 tools.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications through detailed business systems analysis.
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and product demos within Agile or hybrid SDLC environments.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across the Microsoft 365 environment and partner with support teams for resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance project tracking, portfolio visibility, and reporting.
• Facilitate user training, documentation, and change management to ensure effective tool usage.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Sensei PPM or similar project portfolio management tools.
• Deep knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and Power BI.
• Proficiency with Power Automate and Azure Active Directory.
• Practical experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe frameworks.
• Proven ability to gather and document complex business and technical requirements.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 platform integrations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional team leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power Apps or custom development within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance within Microsoft 365.
• Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Fundamentals or Teams Administrator Associate.
