Description

You will drive the product roadmap, configuration, and adoption of Sensei PPM and Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product roadmap for Sensei PPM and Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and product demos in Agile or hybrid SDLC environments.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and coordinate with support teams.
• Facilitate user training, documentation, and change management to drive tool adoption.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Systems Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Sensei PPM or similar project portfolio management tools.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365: SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and Power BI.
• Proficiency with Power Automate and Azure Active Directory.
• Practical experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe frameworks.
• Proven ability to gather and document complex business and technical requirements.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 platform integrations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power Apps or custom development within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance within Microsoft 365.
• Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Fundamentals or Teams Administrator Associate.
