Description

You will own the product strategy and execution for insurance products, covering the full lifecycle from requirements to functional validation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements for insurance products.
• Create detailed BRDs, use cases, and user stories.
• Manage the product lifecycle, including application migration advantages.
• Perform functional testing to validate implemented features.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Owner roles.
• In-depth knowledge of Underwriting, Risk ratings, and Reinsurance within Insurance.
• Understanding of core Insurance business processes.
• Proficiency with Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience translating business needs into functional specifications.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Health Insurance UW and Claims.
