Own the enterprise product backlog, translating business requirements into user stories and prioritizing work based on critical path and business value.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize backlog items based on phase dependencies, critical path, and business value.
• Coordinate cross-POD dependencies between backend and UI teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Track phase exit criteria and escalate risks when delivery timelines are threatened.
• Serve as the primary interface between the development team and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5–10 years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst on enterprise platform builds.
• Experience managing large-scale backlogs (100+ requirements) across multiple teams.
• Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools, preferably Jira.
• Understanding of data processing platforms, including ETL/ELT pipelines and streaming architectures.
• Familiarity with Kafka and event-driven architecture concepts.
• Experience managing distributed or offshore teams.
• Professional experience using AI-assisted development workflows and tools such as Kiro, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
