Description

You will lead the strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery of Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for MDM initiatives.
• Manage the MDM backlog and prioritize features to ensure timely delivery of capabilities.
• Oversee end-to-end program delivery, including project plans, risk tracking, and dependency management.
• Partner with data governance teams to establish policies, standards, and data quality metrics.
• Lead and mentor a team of MDM analysts and developers.
• Collaborate with business units, IT, and stakeholders to align MDM solutions with enterprise data needs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data management with a focus on MDM within the P&C insurance industry.
• Proven experience in product ownership or program management roles delivering complex data solutions.
• Proficiency in MDM platforms such as Informatica MDM, Reltio, or SAP MDG.
• Deep understanding of P&C insurance products, underwriting, claims, and policy administration.
• Working knowledge of data governance frameworks, data modeling, and ETL processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a related field.
