Description

You will own quality assurance processes for manufactured products, managing control charts and resolving production issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review intermediate and product control charts within the Process Control System (PCS).
• Investigate product data trends to determine root cause and implement corrective actions.
• Resolve out-of-control (OoC) product parameters for batches currently in production.
• Implement controls identified by Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) in SPC software.
• Investigate and resolve customer quality and performance complaints.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience using Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Experience in quality engineering, formulation development, analytical science, statistics, or process engineering.
• Experience applying statistical techniques to solve technical problems.
• Four-year degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Materials Science).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills.
