Description

You own the strategy and execution for product quality integrity within the apparel supply chain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Mentor apparel quality engineers and align their work with organizational priorities.
• Oversee investigations and manage non-conformance for apparel products.
• Implement Apparel Product Integrity (API) procedures and tools.
• Curate metrics and KPIs for quarterly business reviews and aid in dashboard development.
• Drive issue management strategy, identifying root causes and ensuring corrective action plans.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in apparel product integrity, quality assurance, or manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, Smartsheets, and Excel.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with international manufacturing partners.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• Application of engineering skills to enable data-driven decision making.

Preferred Skills

• Six Sigma or Lean certification.
• Certifications such as PMP or CSEP.
