Description

Lead issue detection and pre-study activities to improve product quality for Powertrain systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze quality reports, telematics, warranty data, and dealer feedback to identify critical customer issues.
• Prioritize technical issues and perform pre-investigations to determine root causes.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented.
• Execute proactive mitigation measures to prevent customer dissatisfaction.
• Communicate task progress, schedules, strategies, and organizational structures to diverse stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant experience in product quality or similar functions.
• Deep product and system/application knowledge within Powertrain (ICE).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistics and applied mathematics.
• Experience using database and data visualization tools including Excel and Power BI.
• Proficiency with KOLA, ARGUS, Jira, and LVD.
• Ability to present technical information and plans to various functions and stakeholders.
• Degree in any field of study.
