Description

You will assess and resolve product and process issues throughout the product lifecycle using established design principles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct root cause analysis and develop dispositions for design non-conformances.
• Research technical, operational, and quality issues to design interim and final engineering solutions.
• Identify and communicate deviations impacting design intent and safety to manage resolutions.
• Develop and implement product and process improvements.
• Support Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and participate in design reviews and accident investigations.
• Analyze damage repair or structural modifications to determine jacking and shoring requirements.
• Design interim structural repairs and conduct static strength analysis.
• Develop non-destructive test procedures, tools, and standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Material Review Board (MRB) certification.
• UPR certification.
• Root Cause Analysis.
• Structural Repairs.
• Design Review.
• Accident Investigation.
