Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Manage relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to customize technical solutions.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Provide technical support to clients throughout the sales process and project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Strong technical understanding of MEP systems, equipment, and components.
• Proven experience in sales engineering.
• Background working within the MEP industry.
• Ability to interpret client requirements for technical customization.
• Experience managing tender submissions and formal quotations.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
