Description

You will build and maintain the AI Core control plane systems, focusing on full-stack development, backend APIs, and observability for agent-based workflows.

Responsibilities

• Implement frontend and backend features for evaluation dashboards and experimentation workflows.
• Develop and maintain backend APIs that integrate with AI orchestration services and LLM providers.
• Build reusable UI components and backend modules for internal developer tooling.
• Debug, optimize, and improve performance of fullstack systems to ensure production readiness.
• Write unit and integration tests, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and drive operational improvements through monitoring and logging.

Required Skills

• Strong backend development experience using Python.
• Hands-on experience building backend APIs and microservices-based architecture.
• Understanding of distributed systems concepts and scalable system design.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring systems.
• Ability to work on full-stack systems with basic frontend exposure.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to data engineering concepts.
• Experience with LLM APIs and agent-based workflows.
