Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead highly visible cross-functional initiatives and provide technical leadership across engineering and business teams.
• Design, build, and manage scalable data infrastructure and backend platform services.
• Ensure data accuracy, accessibility, integration, security, and operational reliability across systems.
• Develop and maintain data models, governance standards, and architecture best practices aligned with business objectives.
• Build and support backend APIs and distributed services using Java, Spring Boot, Python, and RESTful architecture.
• Drive complex problem-solving initiatives for business-critical platform and infrastructure challenges.
• Collaborate with analytics, billing, product, and engineering teams to support end-to-end data workflows and reporting requirements.
• Support data migration, integration, governance, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Promote engineering best practices including CI/CD, code quality, scalability, and system observability.
• Mentor engineering teams and contribute to architecture reviews and strategic technical planning.

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Java, Python, Spring Boot, and REST API development.
• Experience designing and managing enterprise-scale data infrastructure and backend systems.
• Good understanding of SQL, data modeling, and data governance practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native application development.
• Knowledge of frontend technologies such as React and Node.js is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and architectural problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in distributed engineering and large-scale platform environments.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
