Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor ML/AI engineers and data scientists.
• Design and deliver scalable machine learning and GenAI solutions.
• Drive model architecture selection and algorithm development.
• Oversee end-to-end ML lifecycle from data collection to deployment.
• Establish engineering best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define technical solutions.
• Define and track ML performance and operational metrics.
• Deploy and optimize LLM-based applications at scale.
• Drive adoption of MLOps and automation practices.
• Ensure responsible AI practices, including fairness and explainability.
• Support model monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for AI initiatives.

Experience Required:

• 10-12 years of experience in Machine Learning and AI engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of people management or technical leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Prompt Engineering.
• Advanced programming skills in Python and/or Java.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, or Hugging Face frameworks.
• Expertise in deploying and scaling ML/AI solutions in production.
• Strong understanding of MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and large-scale data processing.
• Experience with responsible AI, privacy, and compliance requirements.
• Ad Tech domain experience is an added advantage.
