Description

Lead ML/AI engineering teams to design, build, and scale generative AI and machine learning solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor ML engineers and data scientists, establishing technical direction and best practices.
• Design scalable Generative AI, LLM, and RAG solutions, overseeing model architecture and algorithm development.
• Manage the end-to-end ML lifecycle from data collection and training to deployment and monitoring.
• Drive adoption of MLOps practices, ensuring code quality, testing, automation, and responsible AI standards.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define technical requirements and track operational metrics.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of experience in Machine Learning and AI engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of people management or technical leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Prompt Engineering.
• Advanced programming skills in Python and/or Java.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, or Hugging Face frameworks.
• Expertise in deploying and scaling ML/AI solutions in production using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of MLOps, distributed systems, and large-scale data processing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Ad Tech domain applications.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, privacy, and compliance requirements.
• B.Tech, M.Tech (Dual), B.E., or B.Tech degree.
