Job Responsibilities

• 1. Perform deep-dive analysis on feature usage, user behavior, retention funnels, and churn indicators to generate actionable insights for optimizing the product roadmap.
• 2. Identify power users and at-risk accounts across the client portfolio, and create benchmarking reports to assess performance against industry standards and improve engagement and retention.
• 3. Translate vague client requests into clear, actionable technical requirements for the engineering team, ensuring precise implementation (e.g., defining specific API endpoints and data outputs).
• 4. Present complex data insights to non-technical client stakeholders, simplifying findings with a strong focus on ROI, efficiency, and business impact.
• 5. Partner with clients during implementation to ensure their product is rightly launched with the end users. And we part of the launch journey end to end.

Skill Set Required

• 3–7 years in Product Analytics, Technical Account Management, or Professional Services.
• Strong SQL, with Python/R for modeling and experience in BI tools.
• Stakeholder management with data-backed decision-making, and ability to link user behavior to business impact.

Qualifications

• 1. MBA or equivalent degree required.
• 2. A technical background in IT is preferred. Candidates with a science background will be given preference.
• 3. A valid passport is preferred for occasional travel requirements
