Description

You will lead the technical architecture and development of Offer Management solutions for enterprise clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical architecture and development of Offer Management solutions.
• Design and implement integrations with MarTech platforms, including Adobe Experience Platform (CDP) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud/CRM.
• Translate business requirements from client workshops into technical specifications.
• Mentor and guide a team of developers.
• Collaborate with product managers and solution architects to define delivery plans.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in MarTech.
• 3+ years of experience in campaign and offer management application development.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with CDP and CRM integrations.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and customer segmentation.
• Experience with real-time personalization.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
