Description

Provide third-line support and continuous improvement for Engineering Design Systems and services within the Digital Engineering space.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex issues through third and fourth-line support for engineering applications.
• Install, configure, and deploy engineering-focused applications on Microsoft Windows Server environments.
• Document solutions and scripts to enable first- and second-line support functions to resolve recurring issues.
• Act as a technical consultant during the development and implementation of new engineering systems.
• Liaise with internal engineering disciplines, IT services, end users, and software vendors to ensure system availability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in third-line application support within a service desk environment.
• Hands-on experience with Autodesk, Hexagon, and Bentley software suites.
• Experience supporting BIM tools, CAD/Modelling tools, and Autodesk Vault.
• Knowledge of Bentley ProjectWise and Hexagon SmartPlant.
• Proficiency in managing and supporting Microsoft Windows Server systems.
• Experience working with software suppliers and vendors for technical resolution.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PowerShell scripting for support functions, provisioning, and deployment on Windows Servers.
• Familiarity with Geospatial systems such as ESRI ArcGIS.
