Description

You will lead the functional architecture and technical implementation of Dynamics 365 CE solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer workshops to define project scope and gather functional requirements.
• Design end-to-end implementation architecture, including customization, configuration, and integration.
• Create functional architecture, documentation, product backlogs, and user stories.
• Validate UAT scripts and provide technical input for training documentation.
• Support implementation teams by resolving queries and providing guidance on D365 best practices.

Required Skills

• 10-13 years of experience architecting and implementing Dynamics 365 systems.
• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, specifically Sales and Customer Service modules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture, coding, and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate and MSD 365.
• Proven ability in requirements analysis and managing technical solution standards.
• Strong knowledge of custom business logic and integration scopes.
• Experience in risk identification and managing project issues within a banking environment.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to design optimal technical solutions based on customer environments and resource constraints.
