Description

You will provide technical expertise and support for heavy equipment machinery, troubleshooting complex systems and managing product documentation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and diesel systems on heavy equipment.
• Apply advanced technical capabilities to resolve machinery issues.
• Manage product-related documentation and data using Microsoft Office tools.
• Support product specialists with technical inquiries and maintenance protocols.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in the heavy equipment industry.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic systems.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems.
• Strong understanding of diesel systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

• High school diploma or technical school diploma.
