Description

You will drive product strategy and implementation for Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud domains within the healthcare payer sector.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead Health Cloud implementations to meet healthcare payer requirements.
• Configure and optimize Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud environments.
• Apply domain expertise to solve complex healthcare-specific business processes.
• Drive product strategy for Salesforce Cloud domains.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of total IT industry experience.
• 9+ years of experience working with Salesforce.
• 7+ years of experience in Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud domains.
• 3+ years of experience specifically within the healthcare payer industry.
• Proven experience completing at least one or two Health Cloud implementations.
• Active Salesforce Certification.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
