GBO are requesting implementation of automations between Servicenow and SAP for several finance processes accordingly with IBM GBO contract with the company.

Describe the scope of the consultant’s assignment
Product Specialist supporting the developers by gathering requirements, build stories, responsible to put all scenarios related to UATs and supporting both country users and GBO agents to test E2E automation additionally Unhappy flows where Live agents will be supporting instead.

Documenting ServiceNow processes and design support operating model for ServiceNow and requesting the same from SAP side.

Skilled Product owner/specialist for CSM ServiceNow consultant
Jira user
Scrum master
Business analysis

Preferred but not critical:
Skills in ServiceNow and SAP Finance/ procurement processes
