Description

You will develop and support software for a 24x7 traffic management center, managing the full project lifecycle from requirements through delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write code and perform technical analysis to support daily operations.
• Manage full software development lifecycles, ensuring timely testing and delivery.
• Integrate and support diverse transportation ITS devices.
• Collaborate directly with business operations, technical teams, and local or state IT resources.
• Participate in a rotating technical on-call schedule.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven ability to manage full software development lifecycles.
• Experience working directly with end-users to define requirements.
• Ability to work under direction from project managers and senior technical peers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and business aptitude.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Business Analyst (BA) skill set.
