You will manage user acceptance testing, production environment stability, and escalated technical support.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts based on business requirements to validate system functionality and usability.
- Conduct post-deployment production reviews and monitor live environments to identify and resolve root causes of system issues.
- Analyze and resolve complex Level 3 customer support tickets through advanced troubleshooting of system errors and application bugs.
- Collaborate with development teams to track bug resolutions and validate fixes in test environments before production deployment.
- Document technical findings and provide detailed feedback to Level 1 and Level 2 support teams to improve resolution processes.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in technical support or testing roles.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) expertise.
- Experience developing and executing test scripts and plans.
- Proven ability to perform root cause analysis for complex technical issues.
- Experience managing Level 3 support escalations.
- Ability to document software defects and track them through the development lifecycle.
- Strong communication skills for providing status updates to stakeholders.
- Any Graduate degree.
