Description

You will provide technical support and deep product expertise to resolve complex customer issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and debug production issues using existing data references and advanced troubleshooting techniques.
• Extract, analyze, and report on data by querying database tables.
• Partner with engineering teams to identify and fix bugs before they impact users.
• Provide proactive feedback to product teams regarding improvement opportunities and process enhancements.
• Act as the primary technical resource for understanding product functionality and resolving queries.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or a related analytical role.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries to manage and extract data.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle databases.
• Working knowledge of data formats including JSON and XML.
• Understanding of SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS environments.
• Strong knowledge of web services and APIs.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Availability to work night shifts and weekend shifts as required.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with API integration and debugging.
