Description

You will provide technical support and troubleshooting for products and services in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical issues and identify root causes through calls, chats, and emails.
• Test and analyze active and upcoming products to report bugs and assist in solutions.
• Manage internal and external escalations to ensure full problem resolution.
• Implement strategies to improve customer experience, internal processes, and operational metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or a related role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Networking and DNS (Domain Name System) basics.
• Understanding of domain names and web hosting servers.
• Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with cPanel, Plesk, and web/email servers.
• Ability to configure and troubleshoot mail clients using IMAP, POP, and SMTP.
• Experience with web-based CMS applications such as WordPress.
• Proficiency with hardware and general computer/internet technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer interaction.
