Description

You will act as the primary technical contact for clients, resolving product issues and supporting new application roll-outs in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical issues related to products and services to identify root causes.
• Manage internal and external escalations via email, chat, and phone.
• Test and analyze active and upcoming products to report bugs and assist in solutions.
• Follow up with clients to ensure complete resolution of reported problems.
• Implement ideas to improve customer experience, internal processes, and operational metrics.

Required Skills

• Experience with DNS (Domain Name System) and networking basics.
• Knowledge of domain names and web hosting servers.
• Proficiency with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting mail clients using IMAP, POP, and SMTP.
• Working knowledge of cPanel, Plesk, and web/email servers.
• Familiarity with web-based CMS applications such as WordPress.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and probing skills to identify customer needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift setup.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
