Description

You will provide daily operational support and administration for core software products, managing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and patch management.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Administer ADABAS, Predict, Natural, Natural Security, and EntireX environments.
• Collaborate with developers on file maintenance, backup, and restore requests.
• Coordinate with ZOS system staff regarding SAG product and ZOS upgrades.
• Maintain professional relationships with vendors and technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or system administration.
• Deep expertise in ADABAS, Natural, and Natural Security.
• Strong Natural programming skills.
• Proven ability to design ADABAS files for performance and optimization.
• Proficiency with ZOS JCL.
• Experience with EntireX administration.
• Strong problem determination skills related to the core product stack.
• Experience with CICS.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of SAG Webmethods.
