Description

You will provide technical product support for life sciences and bioinformatics solutions, owning the resolution of complex domain-specific issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support technical workflows involving Python and AWS environments.
• Address domain-specific issues related to bioinformatics and life science data.
• Participate in internal and customer-facing technical interview rounds.
• Diagnose and resolve product support tickets within the life sciences domain.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in technical support or engineering.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and debugging.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services.
• Domain expertise in Life Science or Bioinformatics.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with clinical or research data workflows.
