Monitor the performance, reliability, and serviceability of digital products on a worldwide scale.

Responsibilities

• Monitor overall product performance, including durability, maintainability, and serviceability.
• Connect with regional and global dealers and end customers to resolve issues.
• Analyze and troubleshoot product issues to propose and implement technical solutions.
• Conduct research and analysis to drive product development and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in embedded product development and support.
• Experience with GNSS, positioning, and kinematics.
• Knowledge of display technologies and software V&V.
• Understanding of computer architecture and system software interaction.
• Ability to design fundamental architectures for operating systems, database management systems, and communication protocols.
• Experience with compilers and other development tools.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
