Description

You will manage integrated product support (IPS) implementation and lifecycle sustainment for Army weapon systems and ammunition.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IPS elements including maintenance planning, supply support, training, technical data, and human systems integration.
• Develop lifecycle sustainment plans (LCSP), Item Unique Identification (IUID) strategies, and milestone schedules for IPS activities.
• Review engineering designs, prototype models, and drawings to provide recommendations on maintainability and supportability.
• Support configuration control boards by evaluating the impact of Engineering Change Proposals on system logistics.
• Chair integrated product support management teams and brief Program Managers on IPS status.
• Liaise with TACOM, CECOM, PEO Soldier, and DEVCOM to ensure optimum support after fielding.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience serving as a Product Support Integrator (PSI) in a PM or similar office.
• Subject Matter Expertise in AR700-127.
• Extensive knowledge of Army Acquisition Logistics and Product Support.
• Proficiency in Human Systems Integration (HSI) and Logistics Product Analysis.
• Experience managing Material Fielding Planning and logistics resource funds.
• Ability to analyze reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM) using statistical reports.
• Strong ability to work independently and shift attention to new demands quickly.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance.
