You will manage technical and functional inquiries while supporting interview and candidate workflows for our product ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer, interviewer, and candidate inquiries via email, phone, and online chat.
• Manage job postings, candidate scheduling, and freelancer interviewer coordination.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues to resolve user problems efficiently.
• Document work processes and maintain service quality standards.
• Meet monthly KPIs and proactively build technical knowledge through training.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Analyst, Customer Service, or Help Desk roles.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a focus on troubleshooting.
• Ability to work within EST, CST, or MST time zones.
• Flexibility to work specified days as required by management.
• Computer troubleshooting skills and strong business process aptitude.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
