Description

You will provide technical support to pharma and biotech customers using our Enterprise Data Platform, virtual Sample Inventory Management, and enterprise Biomarker Data Management products.

Responsibilities

• Triage and review product support requests submitted through the support portal.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and serve as a technical subject matter expert on customer data and technical systems.
• Collaborate with various teams to review and modify source code to resolve problems of moderate scope.
• Provide technical feedback and best practice guidance to customers to address specific challenges.
• Manage projects and initiatives of moderate complexity while contributing to documentation enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in clinical data management, translational science, bioinformatics, biomedical research, data science, or data engineering with a Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• 3+ years of experience supporting technical projects.
• Proficiency with R or Python.
• Experience troubleshooting in Linux and Windows programming environments.
• Solid understanding of networking and API concepts.
• Methodical troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex issues.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Domain expertise in bioinformatics.
• Experience with R Shiny.
