You will provide technical support and facilitate testing processes for financial industry products in this remote contract role.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical support tasks to resolve product issues.
• Execute acceptance testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) protocols.
• Generate ad hoc reporting to support data-driven decision making.
• Assist in the validation of product functionality through structured testing.
