Description

You will provide technical support and facilitate testing for financial industry products.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Resolve product issues through technical support tasks.
• Execute acceptance testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) protocols.
• Validate product functionality through structured testing.
• Generate ad hoc reporting to support data-driven decision making.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in technical support environments.
• Proficiency in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience conducting acceptance testing.
• Ability to perform ad hoc reporting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with financial industry products.
