Job Title: Product UI/UX Designer

About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Product UI/UX Designer to craft end-to-end application experiences for Publisher Tools and Data products. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can prototype quickly, and leverages AI to accelerate design ideation, flows, and systems. You’ll collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver polished, user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Design intuitive, high-quality application interfaces and user flows.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI screens in Figma, maintaining design systems and component libraries.

Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance task completion and satisfaction.

Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Uizard, Diagram, etc.) to accelerate design exploration, iteration, and documentation.

Collaborate cross-functionally to refine requirements and ensure development-ready designs.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in product or UI/UX design with a portfolio of application interfaces (not just marketing pages).

Strong Figma skills, including design systems, variants, and interactive prototypes.

Deep understanding of app design patterns, usability principles, and responsive design.

Self-starter with strong communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects.

Preferred:

Experience using AI tools in design workflows.

Familiarity with data dashboards, SaaS platforms, or analytics tools.

Understanding of frontend component frameworks (React, Tailwind, Material UI).
