Description

You will own the end-to-end design process for product applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, including user research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with product managers and UI developers to integrate designs into the technology stack.
• Optimize existing interface designs for usability, scale, and system efficiency.
• Test designs to validate intuitivity and user experience.
• Develop information and design architecture while participating in requirement gathering sessions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer with a demonstrable portfolio.
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
• Experience working closely with UI developers and understanding front-end development concepts.
• Proven experience leading the design process and guiding other designers.
• Ability to articulate design concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and self-motivated work ethic.
• Experience incorporating new technologies, particularly AI, into design strategies.
