Product Validation Engineer

You will focus on firmware validation and the development of automated testing tools for hardware platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop firmware test plans and implement specific test cases based on technical requirements.
• Automate test cases and build custom test tools across various hardware platforms.
• Coordinate with development and multi-functional QA teams to triage, diagnose, and debug issues.
• Perform root-cause analysis to resolve identified defects.
• Design and develop new test cases for continuous validation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in firmware validation.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
• Basic coding knowledge in C.
• Deep knowledge of the SSD (NAND Flash Drive) domain.
• Experience with SSD validation across various configurations.
• Ability to work within a QA team structure to manage issue triaging.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using hardware analyzers.
