Description

You will own system-level validation for high-tech wearable products, ensuring alignment with New Product Introduction (NPI) schedules and key deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end product validation efforts, reporting status to stakeholders using agreed forums and tools.
• Develop complex program schedules, identify critical path items, and drive continuous improvement across functional domains.
• Define test plans and procedures, driving test execution and data collection alongside cross-functional teams.
• Estimate resource needs for people and equipment based on validation scope and prioritize project deliverables with team leads.
• Convert large datasets into clear summaries for stakeholders and escalate risks or blockers when necessary.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the consumer electronics industry and end-to-end hardware development processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong technical program management skills, including developing complex schedules and driving weekly customer status meetings.
• Experience with EE testing (SoC, Memory, high-speed interfaces), Firmware/Embedded Software, Audio, Connectivity (WiFi/BT), cameras, displays, or sensors.
• Proficiency in developing test strategies, including test plan creation, test case design, custom tool development, and testing architecture formation.
• Ability to utilize project management tools for action tracking, Gantt charts, and schedule visuals.
• Excellent communication skills for defining processes and reporting issues.
