Description

You will manage system-level validation for high-tech wearable products through the New Product Introduction cycle.

You will own the release pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Drive product validation efforts to meet key deadlines and NPI schedules.
• Develop complex program schedules, identify critical path items, and manage dependencies.
• Lead cross-functional teams to define test plans, design test procedures, and execute data collection.
• Quantify system performance of prototype hardware using key performance indicators.
• Convert large datasets into clear summaries for stakeholders and report status.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the consumer electronics industry and end-to-end hardware development.
• Technical program management expertise, including complex scheduling and resource estimation.
• Experience with EE testing (SoC, Memory, high-speed interfaces), Firmware, Audio, Connectivity, cameras, displays, or sensors.
• Proven ability to develop test strategies, including test plan creation and testing architectures.
• Proficiency in project management tools for action tracking, Gantt charts, and critical path management.
• Strong communication skills for driving weekly customer status meetings and publishing minutes.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience.

Preferred Skills

• Programming proficiency in Python, Matlab, C, or Java.
• Experience with SoCs, MCUs, memory, and embedded systems.
• Knowledge of Android and iOS app automation using Appium.
