Description

You will manage system-level validation for high-tech wearable products throughout the New Product Introduction lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive system-level validation efforts to meet development schedules and priority goals.
• Develop complex program schedules, identify critical path items, and manage dependencies.
• Lead cross-functional teams to define test plans, execute procedures, and collect data.
• Quantify system performance of NPI prototype hardware using key performance indicators.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the consumer electronics industry and end-to-end hardware development.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Technical proficiency in SoCs, MCUs, and memory.
• Experience with EE testing including high-speed interfaces.
• Knowledge of Firmware/Embedded Software, Audio, Connectivity (WiFi/BT), cameras, displays, or sensors.
• Ability to develop test strategies, including test plans, test cases, and testing architectures.
• Proficiency with project management tools for action tracking, Gantt charts, and critical path analysis.
• Programming or scripting familiarity with C, Java, Python, or Matlab.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with electro-mechanical fixtures and custom tool development.
