Description

Manage system-level validation for high-tech wearable products throughout the New Product Introduction (NPI) cycle.

Responsibilities

• Drive system-level validation efforts and report status through established forums and tools.
• Develop complex program schedules, identify critical path items, and manage dependencies.
• Lead cross-functional teams to define test plans, execute procedures, and collect validation data.
• Monitor work progress and use KPIs to quantify system performance of NPI prototype hardware.
• Improve processes for tracking status, data, and issues across functional domains.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the consumer electronics industry and end-to-end hardware development.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Technical expertise in EE testing, including SoCs, memory, and high-speed interfaces.
• Experience with Firmware/Embedded Software, Audio, Connectivity (WiFi/BT), cameras, displays, or sensors.
• Proficiency in developing test strategies, test plans, and testing architectures.
• Ability to manage deliverables using Gantt charts, action tracking, and schedule visuals.
• Proficiency in Python, Matlab, C, Java, SoCs, MCUs, and Android.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with wearable product validation cycles.
• Familiarity with automated test data analysis tools.
