Description

Manage end-to-end hardware development processes and validation cycles for consumer electronics.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex project schedules and estimate resource requirements for validation programs.
• Drive technical actions, publish meeting minutes, and lead weekly customer status meetings.
• Create comprehensive test strategies, including test plans, test case design, and testing architectures.
• Develop custom tools and manage the validation of hardware and firmware components.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the consumer electronics industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end hardware development processes.
• Experience in EE testing including SoC, Memory, and high-speed interfaces.
• Technical knowledge in Firmware/Embedded Software, Audio, Connectivity (WiFi/BT), cameras, displays, or sensors.
• Experience with electro-mechanical fixtures.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Python, Matlab, C, or Java.
• Experience debugging with metrology, system logs, software traces, and customer field feedback.
