Description

You will manage L2/L3 production incidents and resolve technical issues for stakeholders.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage incident, change, and problem management processes following the ITIL framework.
• Resolve L2/L3 level production incidents and provide on-call support as required.
• Interact with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Monitor AWS services to ensure system stability and performance.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Production Support experience.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including CloudWatch, S3, Lambda, and DynamoDB.
• Strong knowledge of the ITIL framework.
• Proven experience in incident, change, and problem management.
• Proficiency in AWS infrastructure and operations.
• Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
