Description

Resolve technology service disruptions and maintain service levels in a 24/7 production support environment.

You will own incident resolution, perform root cause analysis, and evaluate production readiness for deployments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents impacting availability within policy standards and conduct root cause analysis.
• Evaluate production readiness for technology solution implementations and application deployments.
• Analyze performance trends and develop action plans to mitigate potential impacts.
• Identify automation opportunities and suggest improvements to existing team practices.
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation, including off-hours, weekends, and holidays.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production or application support.
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or Unix shell scripting.
• Ability to write basic SQL statements.
• Solid knowledge of SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol).
• Experience with Cloud environments, specifically AWS and Azure.
• Hands-on experience with observability tools including Splunk, CloudWatch, or Grafana.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Unix domains.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Splunk queries and log investigation.
• Knowledge of Workday, Oracle Cloud, or automated schedulers like Autosys.
