Description

You will own the production support lifecycle for the Oracle Digital Banking platform, specifically trade finance implementations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a production support team using ITIL processes, including incident, change, and problem management.
• Monitor and maintain infrastructure inventory of 20+ servers across complex cloud and non-cloud environments.
• Fix security vulnerabilities for both application code and infrastructure components.
• Perform hands-on database management and application troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• Experience implementing and supporting trade finance in large banking environments.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Digital Banking platform.
• Hands-on proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Java, and J2EE.
• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Working knowledge of Oracle WebLogic Server.
• Proven experience in production application support.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing support teams.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure monitoring.
