Description

You will own production stability and incident response for global market operations.

Monitor infrastructure alerts and user-reported issues, tracking them through to full resolution. Manage incident response and communicate impact to stakeholders while facilitating root cause investigations. Execute and verify production changes following strict change management procedures. Coordinate with external technology vendors and exchanges to resolve connectivity or market data issues. Automate manual processes to eliminate inefficiencies and improve operational excellence. Participate in business continuity tests and ensure recovery procedures are accurate.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production support or application management.
• Proficiency with Linux environments.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Perl, or UNIX shell.
• Experience working with databases.
• Network diagnostic skills including TCP/IP, UDP, and SNMP.
• Knowledge of real-time messaging technologies and multicast.
• Ability to manage coverage across North America, Asia, and Europe market hours.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
