Responsibilities

• Assemble electromechanical components according to detailed technical specifications.
• Perform quality control checks on finished assemblies to verify product standards.
• Follow established quality procedures to maintain consistency and compliance.
• Maintain workspace organization and ensure tools are ready for production tasks.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production or assembly roles.
• Hands-on experience with SMT (Surface Mount Technology).
• Proficiency in Quality Control processes and inspection techniques.
• Knowledge of standard Quality Procedures and documentation.
• Experience working with Microsoft Surface hardware or components.
• Ability to work onsite in Aurora, OH.
• Any graduate level education.
